Description

•Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights that inform business strategies and operational improvements. •Build, validate, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms tailored to solve business problems. •Use statistical techniques and data visualization to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. •Identify relevant data sources and work with data engineering teams to gather and preprocess data for analysis. •Perform feature engineering, data transformation, and data cleaning to prepare datasets for modeling. •Work with structured and unstructured data from various sources. •Collaborate with software engineers and DevOps to deploy models into production environments. •Monitor the performance of models over time, recalibrating and optimizing them as necessary. •Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to evaluate model effectiveness and impact. •Stay up-to-date with advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies. •Experiment with new techniques and tools to improve existing workflows and introduce innovative solutions.

Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field. •Bachelors or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. •Proven track record in building and deploying machine learning models and data analytics solutions. •Strong experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling. •Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling. •Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, Tensorflow or PyTorch. •As a plus, you have... •Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for data science and machine learning. •Familiarity with big data technologies like ClickHouse, Spark, Hadoop or Databricks. •Knowledge of deep learning techniques and NLP (Natural Language Processing). •Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database querying. •Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib).
