Description

• Providing technical leadership for multiple engineering teams within the Core Platform product line. • Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align product goals and delivery with company objectives and customer needs. • Defining and refining engineering processes to promote a more efficient, effective and secure SDLC, including leading code reviews to ensure best practices (eg, style guidelines, accuracy, testability) • Setting clear expectations with individuals based on their level and role and aligned to the broader organization's goals, meeting regularly to discuss performance, development, provide feedback and coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of software engineering experience in one or more languages (eg, Python, PHP, Javascript) • 5+ years experience in a technical leadership role, including people/team management • Facilitates a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values diversity and fosters a sense of belonging and respect • Stays abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the team and across the organization • Experience working with and leading global teams
