Description

β€’ Provide first-class customer service to primary clients (property owners). β€’ Engage with property tenants and ensure properties are leased effectively. β€’ Monitor property repairs and ensure smooth payments and accuracy of income and expenses for property owners. β€’ Work closely with different teams to collect payments and build tenant relationships. β€’ Assist clients with setting up online accounts and guidance on using the platform. β€’ Answer client calls and emails in a timely manner. β€’ Keep track of interest in vacant properties and adjust rent as necessary.

Requirements

β€’ 1-3 years of professional customer service experience with strong communication experience. β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills are preferred. β€’ Self-driven individuals capable of working independently with minimal supervision. β€’ Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and G-Suites software.
