Description

• Provide first-class customer service to primary clients (property owners). • Engage with property tenants and ensure properties are leased effectively. • Monitor property repairs and ensure smooth payments and accuracy of income and expenses for property owners. • Work closely with different teams to collect payments and build tenant relationships. • Assist clients with setting up online accounts and guidance on using the platform. • Answer client calls and emails in a timely manner. • Keep track of interest in vacant properties and adjust rent as necessary.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional customer service experience with strong communication experience. • Strong written and verbal communication skills are preferred. • Self-driven individuals capable of working independently with minimal supervision. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and G-Suites software.
