📋 Description

• Source, screen, submit and place both direct-hire and temporary professional staff at client locations. • Immediately engage with clients to conduct job intakes for new searches. • Act as the client Account Manager throughout the search. • Quickly create engaging and informative job postings for new searches. • Source highly qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, our ATS (Bullhorn) and other tools. • Leverage creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. • Effectively screen/interview talent and assess candidate qualifications. • Coordinate candidate-client interviews, facilitating a smooth process. • Provide coaching and interview preparation for candidates. • Advocate for both client and candidate throughout the offer process and negotiations. • Achieve monthly and annual billing requirements. • Use Bullhorn ATS extensively to manage the search pipeline and applicant status.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of prior staffing/agency recruiting experience and proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment! • Success at working in a remote recruiting environment while achieving and exceeding growth numbers. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. • Fantastic communication and relationship building skills; not afraid to jump on the phone to connect with a client. • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills. • Proficiency in Office 365/MS Office (Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel). • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools. • Driven and focused with a desire to meet clients' needs and achieve goals of the position.
