Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product operations or related roles in a fast-paced tech environment. • Proven track record of implementing and managing product operations tools and processes. • Experience in roadmapping, cross-functional project management, and Agile methodologies. • Demonstrated ability to build and manage customer feedback programs, such as advisory boards. • Experience in creating knowledge management systems and training materials. • Track record of successful vendor management and leading continuous improvement initiatives. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in people management.
