Description

• Responsible for creating intuitive and visually stunning digital products. • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs. • Design polished, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for web and mobile applications. • Collaborate closely with the product team to develop user flows and design concepts. • Analyze and design logical workflows and user journeys to optimize product experience. • Maintain and evolve ScorePlay’s designs, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements. • Leverage visual storytelling skills to enhance user experience. • Demonstrate ownership and accountability in team interactions. • Embrace a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and user journeys.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or a similar role in a startup environment. • Demonstrable experience in the media industry, preferably within sports or related fields. • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work, including research findings, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel. • Proven track record of translating complex problems into simple and intuitive designs. • Experience working with design systems and contributing to their development. • Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to a variety of stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. • Nice to Have: Experience in motion design and creating interactive prototypes. • Passion for sports and an understanding of common media distribution challenges. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within a small but highly skilled development team.
