🎯 Requirements

• Proactive communication with strong presentation and moderation skills • Excellent self-organization and initiative in shaping team structures • Economic thinking with early recognition of opportunities and risks for proactive project steering • In-depth knowledge of electricity or gas networks and energy industry processes • Methodological competence in (IT) project management (classic & agile) • Relevant certifications and ideally experience as a Product Owner • Industry knowledge and confidence in handling the challenges of the energy sector
