📋 Description

• Varied consultancy assignments in projects at our customers. • Analysing existing HR processes at customers with, if necessary, advice towards process optimisation. • Perform functional analyses at the customer (match between processes and software). • Implementing eBlox HR (software) according to best-practice principles and possibilities of the software. • Project-based working within your responsibilities. • Monitoring and controlling the project budget and status. • Building up a relationship of trust with the customer and being alert to additional needs. • Following trends and developments in the field of HR.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with the implementation of (HR) software. • Strong affinity with software and IT. • Experience with HR processes and HR Software. • Team player but can also work autonomously and organised. • Take initiative and responsibility within your role. • Hands-on, eager to learn and stress-resistant. • Good knowledge of Dutch and English. French is a plus. • Can work project-based and think process-based. • Innovative and creative with a distinct business focus. • Commercially driven and strive for maximum customer satisfaction.
