Description

•Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer oriented ServiceNow Project Manager •Responsible for managing end-to-end ServiceNow projects •Serve as primary customer contact for professional service projects on the ServiceNow platform. •Lead project initiation, execution, and close activities. •Coordinate and schedule key workshops, development, testing, and deployment activities.

Requirements

•Project management experience •Knowledge of ServiceNow platform modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD) and their implementation processes •Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI). •ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. •US Citizenship Required
