Description

• Second Front Systems (2F) is seeking a motivated Product Manager to support our Game Warden Authorization team. • This position requires U.S. citizenship due to government contract requirements. • As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the technical aspects of Game Warden and other future products. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products and features are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or PaaS. • Experience with compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO, SOC, FedRAMP). • A self-starter with a proactive mindset who isn't afraid to take initiative and suggest improvements. • Experience with product management tooling and familiar with frameworks and methodologies such as lean, JTBD, agile, and various prioritization techniques. • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment. • Intimacy driving projects from inception to execution in an ambiguous environment with a lean and incremental approach.
