Description

β€’ Outreach & Recruitment: Execute high-volume outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and virtual meetings to engage prospective IT Service Providers and introduce them to our Service Partner Program. β€’ Program Positioning: Effectively communicate the value of the Secureframe Service Partner Program, platform, and overall company to potential partners. β€’ Pipeline Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to partner sign-up, while tracking all interactions and activities in the CRM. β€’ Collaboration: Work closely with the Partner Team to align recruitment efforts with broader company goals. β€’ Performance Monitoring: Meet and exceed activity targets (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and meetings) and productivity goals (number of new partners signed).

Requirements

β€’ Proven track record in a high-volume demand generation or business development role. β€’ Bonus: Experience working with Channel Partners, IT Service Providers, or within the Security sector. β€’ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and convey value quickly. β€’ Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced startup environment. β€’ Familiarity with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to tracking activity and success.
