Description

• The Assistant Pool Administrator ensures completion of the program budget, annual reporting, and financial statements. • Acts as the main contact for all client related issues. • Manages the program budget, annual reporting, and financial statements with internal and external stakeholders. • Develops and maintains close relationships with clients and prospects. • Coordinates all aspects of administration (program structure, program coverage, underwriting, financial aspects, risk control and claims) with brokers, third party administrators (TPAs), government agencies, financial vendors, and members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. • Five (5+) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products. • Analytical and interpretive skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Proven management/leadership skills. • Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
