Description

• Perform research and resolve compliance and regulatory affairs • Handle corporate compliance matters and respond to inquiries • Prepare activity reports for senior management • Coordinate vendor resources and compliance training programs • Monitor federal, state and local statutes and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred • Paralegal or other compliance certification strongly preferred • Four years of compliance experience or equivalent combination of experience and education required • Working knowledge of regulatory and privacy compliance and standards • Working knowledge of the insurance industry and claims administration • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products • Analytical and interpretive skills • Strong organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
