Description

• Manage a staff of data analysts • Develop complex reports and analyze company data • Serve as a technical resource for staff on data analysis • Provide training and data analysis education for program staff • Provide technical oversight and guidance to client dedicated analysts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis preferred • Eight (8) years of related experience required, including four (4) years business experience in an insurance field and four (4) years statistical analysis • Supervisory experience preferred • Knowledge of risk management information systems • Excellent oral and written communication skills • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
