• Responsible for developing and assessing the data strategy and insights to best understand Sedgwick’s customers • Guide the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns • Establish Sedgwick’s enterprise data foundation for Marketing and GTM (Go to Market) function • Develop and execute a data-led customer strategy roadmap • Formulate, evaluate and implement data governance policies and procedures • Create code to retrieve and analyze large sets of data on both cloud and on-premises relational databases • Build, publish and deploy dashboards to highlight key data insights and trends to non-technical users • Present analysis and insights on customer behavior, market trends, client interactions and competitor activities • Examine data for accuracy, quality, and condition using SQL or Python • Establish links to CRM and other systems aligning data by customer • Collaborate with internal IT partners to store and access needed data

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Math, Economics, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business • 8+ years Customer Data Management leadership experience • Experience in data analysis/querying software like SQL, Python, Relational Databases, Teradata, Snowflake, and/or Databricks • Understanding of marketing data needs including linking leads, events, web, programmatic, email and search data • Strong analytical abilities • Proven management/leadership skills • Expertise in data and analytics • Effective written and verbal communication and active listening skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to standardize data • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
