Description

• Manage highly complex claims and coverage issues. • Handle claims against insurance or other companies related to personal, casualty, or property loss of at least $1 million. • Mentor team members and establish effective relationships with customers. • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims while ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines. • Proactively manage litigation and collaborate with clients and legal representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. • State adjuster licenses required. • 8 years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education required. • Strong oral and written communication, including presentation skills. • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products. • Strong customer service skills and excellent interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a team environment and meet performance competencies.
