Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related field. • 4-6 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, preferably from agency or DTC in-house environments. • High-quality portfolio of work demonstrating an excellent understanding of typography, layout, and color. • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and other industry-standard software. • Strong understanding of brand systems with the experience and ability to provide design solutions with a high level of craft and attention to detail. • Ability to storyboard and think systematically about motion design across a range of deliverables and aspect ratios. • Professional experience preparing final files for print and digital hand-off. • Deep interest in using AI to advance your craft, with a keen understanding of its potential applications in design. • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and be flexible to challenges. • Proficiency in brainstorming and testing ideas grounded in audience behaviors and data insights. • Ability to effectively communicate and defend design decisions. • Comfortable moving from macro to micro—no project is too small to tackle with positivity.
