📋 Description
• Lead and manage BIW automation projects from conception to completion • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution • Provide technical guidance for design and implementation of automation systems • Develop and manage project budgets for cost-effective solutions • Create and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery • Ensure all automation systems meet quality standards and regulatory requirements • Identify and mitigate project risks for successful outcomes • Work with suppliers to procure necessary equipment and materials
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the automotive industry, specifically in BIW automation • Strong knowledge of automation systems, including Rockwell PLCs and xOV Standard • Proficiency in English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Willingness to travel as required for project needs
