• Design and develop motorcycle chassis components and systems, including frames, subframes, suspension mounts, etc. • Conduct detailed analysis and simulations to ensure structural integrity, durability, and performance of chassis designs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and testing, to ensure seamless integration of chassis designs into overall motorcycle systems. • Create and maintain detailed 3D CAD models and technical drawings. • Evaluate and select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for chassis components. • Perform design validation through testing and prototyping, and make necessary modifications based on test results. • Provide technical support and expertise during the production and assembly phases. • Availability to travel to Mexico occassionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in motorcycle or automotive chassis design. • Proficiency in CAD software (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar). • Strong knowledge of materials (Sheetmetal, steel, aluminum, etc.), manufacturing processes, and structural analysis. • Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and other simulation tools. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Deep understanding of motorcycle dynamics. • Availability to travel to Mexico occassionally.
