📋 Description
• Lead the full lifecycle of interior and exterior plastic component design projects, ensuring on-time delivery with exceptional quality and cost management. • Manage, coach, and train the design team in Tunisia, ensuring adherence to customer-specific processes, milestones, and tools. • Build strong relationships with customers, aligning deliverables with their technical and quality standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • 6+ years of experience in the automotive sector, focusing on the design and development of metal sheet or plastic components (e.g., Body in White, interiors, exteriors, or lighting). • Strong experience in design project management and working with processes and tools from leading automotive brands. • Fluent in English and German (mandatory). • PMP Certificates is a plus.
