Description

• Participate in preparation of financial statements for clients • Draft annual, quarterly and other financial statements • Support internal and external review • Prepare documentation for clients • Assist in filings with SEC • Manage communications with fund accounting teams and external auditors • Provide administrative support for team meetings • Contribute to preparations of Board materials and annual prospectus updates • Communicate with internal teams and client teams to resolve issues

Requirements

• BA / BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mutual fund or alternative investment funds industry • Experience with financial statement preparation preferred • Strong accounting and financial reporting skills preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word • Self-motivation and drive to handle multiple client deliverables without sacrificing excellence or quality • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong customer service skills
