• Execute and Enhance Seismic’s Global Event Strategy: Own tier 1 & 2 global events. • Collaborate and Innovate: Work with marketing team for creative customer experiences. • Manage Comprehensive Event Planning: Lead teams through all event stages from sourcing to execution. • Drive Campaign Integration: Collaborate with marketing campaigns for cohesive event execution. • Logistical Mastery: Oversee all aspects ensuring flawless execution. • Ownership and Accountability: Manage post-event activities and reporting. • Key Event Projects: Lead large-scale events reflecting Seismic’s culture and objectives.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: 4+ years in event marketing, preferably in tech or financial services. • Strategic Mindset: Ability to see the big picture while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. • Team Player: Collaborative approach with strong relationships across teams and partners. • Adaptability: Agile and flexible, able to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment. • Curiosity and Learning Mindset: Genuine interest in continuously improving and exploring new ideas. • Initiative and Proactivity: Identify and fill gaps within event planning processes. • Autonomous Problem-Solving: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills for remote collaboration.
