• Partner with leaders to design and deliver DEI practices. • Support DEI Council program and 9 Communities of Belonging. • Expand global reach of DEI programs. • Promote allyship through education and influence. • Develop DEI communications and collaboration to increase visibility. • Measure DEI initiatives impact against strategy. • Deliver internal trainings and participate in DEI events. • Support Talent Acquisition in attracting diverse talent.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. • 5+ years of program management experience. • Credibility as a leader, ability to influence at all levels. • Strong communication and relationship management skills. • Strong program management skills. • Data driven approach, experience analyzing and reporting data. • Proven ability to deliver on DEI strategies through measurable actions. • Ability to engage global perspectives.
