Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fraud investigations, fraud, payment risk, account takeovers, document verification, KYC reviews, and knowledge of BSA/AML oversights (required) • Extensive knowledge in 1st party/3rd party fraud, synthetic ID fraud, ID Theft, account takeover, and other fraud trends and use of tools to identify those • Knowledge of BSA, AML, OFAC/Sanctions, and other AML regulatory policies • Exceptional communication skills and experience in customer-facing interactions • High EQ and ability to build rapport with team members • Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment and make judgmental business decisions with minimal need for managerial support • Strong technical skills and knowledge of common rules such as Adverse Action notices, The Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT ACT, etc. • Experience with tools such as Sentilink, Jira Service desk, Google Suite, Lexis Nexis, etc.
