Book Cover Designer

Description
•Assist in providing a Disney-level experience through Done For You book cover design •Coordinate between coaches, student success, and other DFY specialists •Respond to support tickets as necessary •Continuously improve design, turnaround time, capacity, and student results •Achieve 8.75+ NPS of DFY Services •Maintain DFY services throughput and turnaround time of 2 weeks or less
Requirements
•Love to “wow” customers by providing incredible design work •Experience managing multiple projects and tight deadlines •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) •Experience using and operating within software (Hubspot, Google Drive, Asana, Zoom, inDesign, etc.) •One-to-many mentality, not just one-to-one •High-level eye and ability to execute for book cover design •At least 2 years of high-level design experience (preferred)
