Description
• Plans and implements engaging learning activities and course content • Works with subject matter experts, conducts needs assessments • Designs and creates engaging learning activities • Identifies the methodologies used to deliver curated content • Stays abreast of emerging technologies for course integration • Creates content and assessments that match instructional goals • Produces instructional graphics and finished products • Conducts instructional research and analysis on learners • Applies tested instructional design theories, practice, and methods • Maintains project documentation and course folders
Requirements
• Degree in Instructional Design or Higher Education Administration is preferred • Experience using industry standard Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard, Canvas and/or Elentra Learning Management System is required • Teaching experience is preferred • Experience working with subject matter experts in medical education is preferred • Highly proficient with various Learning Management Systems • Ability to work under tight design and development deadlines • Project management expertise • Skills using authoring tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, etc.
