🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in HR, recruiting, or office management in Estonia. • Strong knowledge of Estonian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices. • Experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning. • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse to manage hiring workflows efficiently. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage office operations. • Fluent in Estonian and English. • Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools is a plus.
