Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience, including categorizing transactions, departmental bookkeeping, and financial statement preparation • Experience managing a book of clients • Effective communication with clients through messaging (text, no voice or video calls) • Extensive experience with one of QBO or Xero • Experience or solid understanding of inventory and COGS accounting • Excellent computer skills and enjoy automating tasks with web-based software • Take initiative and get things done • Accounting guru who loves working with financial numbers • Excited for an accounting role in a supportive environment • Experience in accounting firm or other client service experience
