• The Lead Generation Representative is responsible for initiating and maintaining contact with potential customers • Generating interest in the company's offerings and qualifying leads for further engagement by the sales team • Engage with leads to determine their needs, budget, and purchase intent • Record and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system • Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with potential leads • Analyze lead generation performance and make data-driven recommendations
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with CRM software and other lead generation tools • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets
