Description

• Manage daily operations of product review campaigns on e-commerce marketplaces. • Oversee team members to complete their tasks accurately and on time. • Provide support to keep workflows smooth. • Ensure accuracy and completeness of team members’ assigned daily tasks. • Monitor and update trackers, spreadsheets, and project management tools for visibility. • Organize and create product review content. • Work closely with the Operations Director to improve campaign results. • Provide daily updates and weekly reports on campaign status and performance. • Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot campaign issues.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or team management, preferably in the e-commerce space or market research environment. • A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma/Certificate in Marketing, Communications, BA, or a relevant field is an asset. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks based on business needs, and provide timely updates. • Demonstrates a continuous learning mindset • Strong organizational and communication skills
