And we will be better with you. • We are looking for a Sales Account Manager France to join our Personal Care team. • This job will report to the Sales Manager Europe. This is a home-based role and can be located anywhere in France. It and will require travelling (approx. 60%) to visit customers and to connect with the central services headquartered nearby Paris. • As a Sales Account Manager, you will visit customers across your territory (key accounts in France) to create opportunities and deploy necessary strategies and actions, both technical and commercial, to secure growth. You will create and follow up a diversification program to secure activity through all our areas of expertise. • As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate with internal teams that will support and ensure your success! • As part of your multiple activities, you will report in timely manner, on common platforms used and communicate accordingly with our different support services, and participate regularly in meetings to follow up your projects and needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Master Degree required in chemistry, chemical engineering or related discipline. • A minimum 10 years successful experience in B2B technical sales (personal/home care, chemicals, etc.) that reflects high productivity of measurable results, and managing multinational accounts. • A strategic approach to developing and winning business being savvy at selling highly technical, value-added solutions to a professional audience. • Fluent in English & French. • The drive and passion to win in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
