Description

• The Strategic Consultant, Investor will be assigned to a Senior Account Director and tasked with supporting and executing strategic plans for some of Sensor Tower’s largest Investor accounts. • This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of client needs. • The ideal candidate will be adept at managing customer interactions, delivering insightful analysis, and liaising between clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Please note: This is remote, but we are hiring specifically in the New York areas because this is a big employee hub for us. • We have office space available for work collaboration and team building events. • Business partners within these geographical regions are involved with agency relationships and customer interactions.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in the financial services or tech sectors. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering. • High level of situational awareness and emotional intelligence. • Proficiency in Excel, CRM softwares, and other relevant tools.
