📋 Description

• We are seeking a Sourcer to provide technical sourcing and functional support, and own coordination across all roles. • This role is intended to be a launching pad - think, Chief of Staff - and the ideal candidate has the required experience outlined below, and is ready to do whatever it takes to learn and develop their career. • This will be a demanding role, but it will also be the opportunity to acquire the skills needed to become a successful full-cycle recruiter.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as a Coordinator, preferably at a high-growth startup or as a solo coordinator • 1+ years of experience sourcing for Engineering roles, preferably full stack and backend positions • Stellar written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail • Experience with Ashby (or Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem preferred • Reliable and responsive with impeccable follow through • High level of commitment and voracious appetite for career growth • Sets a high bar of excellence for themselves and those they work with • Local to Austin, TX or San Francisco, CA, or available to travel to these locations on a regular basis
