📋 Description

• At SentinelOne, we’re redefining cybersecurity by pushing the limits of what’s possible—leveraging AI-powered, data-driven innovation to stay ahead of tomorrow’s threats. • As a GTM SDR Programs Manager supporting the Global Sales Development (SDR) organization, you are a trusted advisor and strategic operator, driving efficiency, operational excellence, and impactful programs. • This role requires a tenured professional with 3+ years of experience who can thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional sales environment while managing high levels of detail and continuous feedback. • The ideal candidate has a multi-disciplinary background—experience in sales, operations, and/or marketing—with a strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize GTM programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, GTM Plays or Strategy, or Sales Programs. • Multi-disciplinary background—experience in sales, operations, and/or marketing is strongly preferred. • Strong data literacy and analysis skills, including the ability to query SQL, navigate datasets, and analyze cohorts. • Deep understanding of the SDR motion and a track record of success in the role. • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to manage stakeholders across multiple teams. • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders. • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments that require adaptability and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Outreach/Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Orum/Nooks.
