Description

• Directs and leads a region of communities by implementing policies, procedures and practices. • Leads community operations to establish revenue, expenses, NOI, capital expenditures goals. • Closely monitors all elements of financial performance; analyze financial statements. • Develops Property Teams by ensuring highest caliber personnel are recruited. • Provides coaching, guidance and mentorship to RGM’s and Property leadership. • Ensures all teams receive appropriate training and build team development. • Creates an executive management plan for the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business or hotel administration. • 15+ years related work experience in operations preferably in the hospitality and MF industry. • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to guide and motivate teams. • Must have strong resolution skills and work well cross-functionally. • Budgeting, forecasting, planning, sales development and other related business management skills are essential. • Yardi experience a plus. • Proven experience in leading people, programs, and processes and a proven track record in operations. • Ability to maintain a motivating, positive work environment that holds team members accountable for results. • Proven ability to hold teams accountable for achieving results. • Excellent communication skills – oral and written. • Excellent PC skills: proficiency in all MS applications.
