• Beratung unserer Kunden hinsichtlich ihrer SEO Performance • Entwicklung von Lösungswegen für SEO-Herausforderungen • Erstellung von Keyword- und SEO-Strategien • Durchführung von SEO Audits und Ladezeitenanalysen • Analyse von Webseiten mit Google Analytics und der Google Search Console • Erhebung und Aufbereitung von Daten für Kunden • Konkurrenzanalyse bezüglich SEO und UX • Erstellung von Workshops • Zusammenarbeit im Team mit anderen Online Marketern und SEOs • Unterstützung im Vertrieb (keine Kaltakquise!)
🎯 Requirements
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als SEO an verschiedenen Projekten sammeln können (idealerweise in einer Agentur, aber kein Muss!) • Consulting liegt dir im Blut: du bist kommunikativ und erklärst gerne Zusammenhänge – sowohl face-to-face, per E-Mail, als auch in Videocalls und am Telefon • Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit gängigen SEO Tools (Semrush, ahrefs, Searchmetrics, Sistrix, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, LinkResearchTools, Excel usw.) • Fähigkeit, auch komplexe SEO-Probleme großer Domains selbstständig zu lösen oder Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln • Analytisches Denken, Erkennen von Zusammenhängen und Aufbereitung von Daten, damit sie leicht verständlich sind • Gutes Gespür dafür, was Nutzer suchen und finden wollen • Sehr gutes Verständnis von HTML, Javascript und CSS (Programmieren musst du nicht) • Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift • Freude daran, Wissen zu teilen und unerfahrenere Kollegen zu unterstützen als Sparringspartner
