• Provide IT Services & Technical recruiting services to global companies • Responsible for recruiting for all Technical roles for Mexico and USA • Thinking outside of the box to find talent at every opportunity • Using various recruiting platforms for outreach and sourcing candidates • Partnering with hiring managers on developing a strong candidate experience • Developing sourcing strategies along with the HR Manager • Updating and managing our candidate pipeline • Determine qualifications, experiences and skill set of candidates • Tailoring and posting job listings for open positions • Maintain company-standard job descriptions for all positions • Owning candidate experience -- guiding them through the hiring process • Utilize applicant tracking system keep learning new technologies in A Rapidly Changing Technological World
• Bachelor's degree required • Experience working in a start-up and/or fast-paced environment • 2-5 years of experience working in full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions • Technical recruiting background preferred • Strong sense of responsibility • Remarkable organizational skills and relentless drive to improve efficiency • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish) • Knowledgeable in various recruiting platforms and e-recruitment tools • Strong teamwork and ability to welcome differences when working alongside others • Strong knowledge of G-Suite suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail • High personal integrity • Friendly and approachable
