📋 Description
• Participate in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of performance on projects • Provide cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting, monitoring and analysis support • Lead project set up in compliance with contractual terms, conditions and requirements • Monitor costs and manpower on a weekly basis • Prepare accurate and complete variance analysis and reporting • Ensure adherence to GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, FAR and company policies • Provides guidance to less experienced Project Controllers
🎯 Requirements
• Must have an active DoD Secret clearance • U.S Citizenship Required • Bachelors Degree in Business, Program Management, or a related field • Or a High School Diploma with 6 years of Program Control or related/progressive experience • Minimum 2 years of Program Control or related/progressive experience • Candidates must possess a strong background working with multiple government contract types • Expertise in Excel and overall MS Office suite • Excellent organizational skills • Analytical with excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong customer service focus • Ability to travel up to 10%
