🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma with at least two years’ experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred • 1-2 years of prior experience within a Saas preferred • Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Browsers, Confluence, Slack and Jira • Familiarity with integration of healthcare systems (EHR/EMR, Billing Systems, etc.) • Flexibility in hours • Excellent Customer Service • Attention to detail • Escalates issues when appropriate • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple projects concurrently
