📋 Description
• Inside Sales Specialist will be representing our US client/partner Serigor Inc. • Responsible for outbound sales, prospecting, generating and qualifying new leads and moving them through the sales pipeline. • Generate new business via cold calling to CXO folks across North America. • Follow up on inbound marketing leads. • Sell/Upsell/Cross sell IT Solutions and IT Staffing services to new and existing clients. • Deliver unparalleled customer experience by resolving customer issues as and when required. • Generate and maintain a list of potential clients on an ongoing basis. • Work with geographically dispersed members of this team. • Generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Email Campaigns. • Managing social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
🎯 Requirements
• MUST be willing to work in Night Shifts / US Shifts • Minimum 1-3 Years of Inside Sales or Lead Generation experience • Minimum of 1 year experience selling IT Solutions or IT staffing services in US geography • Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field. • MBA in Sales and Marketing highly preferred • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills • Strong Interpersonal skills, conversational skills and active listening ability to build a strong rapport with potential clients • Highly motivated, energetic, and outgoing • Ability to work individually as well as a team member • Ability to work on multiple tasks with global team members • Some experience using tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, RainKing, DiscoverOrg, Zoho etc
