Description

• Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and PPC advertising • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost). • Creating engaging content for social media platforms, including copy, graphics, and videos • Conducting market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and new opportunities for marketing and sales. • Analyzing campaign data and providing insights to optimize campaign performance and improve ROI. • Assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of SEO strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings. • Developing and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers. • Assisting in the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and presentations • Assistance in website design and maintenance

Requirements

• B. Tech/ MBA from a Tier 1 college (IITs/ BITS Pilani/ IIMs/ DCE/ NSUT/ NITs, XLRI, FMS, NMIMS, ICFAI, IIFT etc.) • 2-10 yrs of experience in Marketing role • Work experience in traffic generation, managing online advertising and search on behalf of an internet business in B2B space • Deep knowledge of the Facebook / Google advertising ecosystem including hands-on experience with Ads Manager/ Power Editor / Adwords • Ability to work at the strategic level and at the tactical level • Highly analytical, with a sound grasp of performance optimization strategies. Knowledge of SQL and Python is definitely an added advantage • Passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable programs • Strong drive for execution and delivering results
