Description

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of ServiceNow implementations • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs • Collaborate, design, and implement integrations with enterprise systems • Communicate project progress and system functionalities • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies • Lead or support the implementation of ServiceNow governance, risk, and compliance processes • Create and maintain technical documentation • Oversee development of reports and dashboards • Deliver user training and ongoing support for ServiceNow users

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience leading ServiceNow implementations • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory • At least 2 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
