📋 Description
• Design and oversee technical solutions for clients. • Coordinate delivery efforts for projects to maximize success. • Responsible for driving projects to successful completion. • Create new deliverables from scratch. • Work independently with minimal supervision. • Lead/coordinate development team efforts.
🎯 Requirements
• Expertise with 3+ years in ServiceNow consulting services and current position as a Technical Lead/Architect. • Working knowledge of integration functionality- Integration-Hub, Soap, REST, General API use. • Ability to go deep into the technical solutioning and delivery of key components that customers require as part of their implementation. • Ability to lead a development team, providing feedback during review cycles. • Needs to be platform cross-functional. • Must be able to source requirements, design solutions, implement and support features independently. • US citizenship and US residence. • Ability to wear multiple hats for an implementation. • Strong communication skills (communicate and describe features, functionality, process and delivery concepts to customers clearly and fluidly). • Certified System Administrator & Certified Application Development (required). • Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM, SPM, CSM or HRSD (2+ required). • ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Employee Center and/or Customer Service Portal UX design experience (required). • ServiceNow CMDB & HAM certification and experience (preferred).
