📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related technical disciplines (or equivalent in work experience) •Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing solutions including installations, upgrades, migrations, workshops, integrations, and training •A successful history in customer engagement and demonstrated exceptional consulting and influencing skills •Excellent analytical skills with the ability to take a holistic view across a range of domains •Demonstrated expertise in undertaking analysis, evaluation, and translation of customer requirements and feeding them into solutions •Top candidates for this program will have familiarity with Atlassian and its products (including Jira, Trello, etc) •Understanding of tools for Asset management and analytics is a huge plus. •Other helpful knowledge areas include: Asana, ServiceNow, Freshservice, Miro •Knowledge of scripting languages is a strong plus (e.g. Python, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, Shell Scripting, etc.) •Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM principles •Experienced in UAT testing and test use-case development •Knowledge of multiple cloud technologies •Excellent communication skills, including workshop facilitation, written and verbal communication •Experience with Agile development methodologies.
