📋 Description
• Help deliver results focusing on optimizing and automating current processes. • Use knowledge of processes and KPIs to solve business problems. • Collaborate closely with Leadership, Finance, Operations, and Business Technology teams to build and optimize cross-functional processes. • Analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions. • Develop user stories, use cases, and functional specifications. • Gather user feedback and analyze usage data post-launch. • Implement and maintain KPIs to track the effectiveness of new solutions. • Partner with the Business Technology team to align business roadmap with cross-team capacity and prioritization for system development.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience • 3+ years of Finance operations experience in SaaS (or similar) with a strong understanding of Finance processes • Experience in creating process maps, writing technical user stories, documenting business requirements and running user acceptance tests. • Ability to understand business information to make effective business decisions in areas of expertise. • Strong cross-functional (written & verbal) communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels and backgrounds. • Project management experience is a plus
