Description

• Collaborate with Leadership and Operations teams to optimize processes, mainly in Salesforce. • Participate in Software Development Lifecycle activities including daily stand-ups and sprint planning. • Drive high impact initiatives from conception to ongoing iteration. • Document and analyze workflows to identify areas for improvement. • Develop user stories and functional specifications for developers. • Lead User Acceptance Testing to ensure tools meet requirements. • Gather feedback and analyze usage data for future enhancements. • Implement KPIs to track effectiveness of new solutions. • Partner with Business Technology Teams for system development. • Perform ad-hoc requests from stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in business operations within SaaS. • Strong knowledge of customer journey and process maps. • Ability to create technical user stories, document business requirements, and conduct user acceptance tests. • Excellent cross-functional communication skills. • Ability to prioritize and manage changing priorities and major projects. • Understanding of business information for decision making. • Experience with Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud. • Excellent understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
