📋 Description

• Join ServiceTitan's Engineering leadership team to shape the future of data and AI capabilities. • Drive innovation across Data Platform and Machine Learning Platform. • Lead a talented team of engineers and architects, fostering a culture of excellence. • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business leaders to align platform development with business objectives. • Architect and implement scalable data pipelines, optimizing for latency, cost, and throughput. • Spearhead the development of the ML Platform leveraging Agentic AI. • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Drive project execution throughout the software development lifecycle, mitigating risks and ensuring timely delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• ~15 years of software engineering experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role. • Proven experience building and scaling high-performance data platforms and machine learning systems. • Deep expertise in data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Azure Event/IoT Hub, Kinesis). • Extensive experience with data pipeline tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Flink, Spark, Pinot, Clickhouse). • Strong understanding of cloud-based data storage and databases (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Snowflake, Synapse). • Experience with infrastructure automation (Docker, Kubernetes). • Experience with modern ML platforms and Agentic AI toolchains. • Proficiency in data workflow management (e.g., Airflow, dbt). • Strong understanding of distributed systems and RESTful APIs. • Excellent communication and technical writing skills. • Experience with Microsoft technology stack and related development tools. • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly. • B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
