Description

• Lead the ServiceTitan Marketplace, API and Developer Ecosystem products: Own the vision and execution of a thriving ecosystem, identifying and developing business use cases that drive growth and value for trades customers and partners. • Develop and execute a high-impact, growth-focused product roadmap that supports scalable customer self-service experiences and expansion through strategic partners. • Craft and implement GTM strategies to foster adoption and growth within the ServiceTitan Marketplace. • Work closely with high-profile partners to deliver custom, scalable integrations that align with unique customer needs. • Partner with business development, go-to-market, operations, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial development through deployment.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, including leadership experience in app store and partner ecosystem development. • Proficiency in internal and external API development to support scalable, impactful solutions for a large and varied customer base. • Strong background in working with engineering teams on development, maintenance, and deployment. • Ability to lead with a focus on customer needs, monetization, operational efficiency, and product scalability. • Skill in defining business objectives, structuring problems, and setting clear priorities to drive meaningful results. • Strong track record in building scalable products and supporting customer growth through effective partnerships. • Detail-oriented with a knack for balancing flexibility with consistency, knowing when to prioritize speed versus rigor.
