📋 Description
• Partner closely with leaders and talent to scale the organization and improve culture. • Provide strategic thought partnership and coaching to our leaders on various HR components. • Coach and advise across all levels of the organization on employee relations and performance management. • Build effective relationships and inspire a culture of accountability and collaboration. • Identify organizational-wide opportunities to add value to our Titans and teams. • Collaborate with People Ops team on key programs and processes.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of HR business experience, ideally with at least 4+ years of experience as a strategic HR business partner in a scaling environment. • Well-rounded experience with a variety of HR disciplines such as employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and talent development. • Experience supporting organizations based both remotely and internationally. • Comfort in navigating complex situations and operating in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment. • An ability to identify root issues and coach/influence leaders and employees. • A deep level of curiosity and strong business acumen to be able to proactively connect the dots and make sound decisions using great judgment.
