Description

• The Sr. Procurement Manager role focuses on centralizing and driving efficient procurement functions. • Build out and manage the procurement team. • Provide leadership and support business partners through negotiation and supplier management. • Review the current procurement process, identifying inefficiencies and proposing redesigns. • Create strategies for procuring goods and services that meet organizational needs. • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance for compliance with contracts. • Provide cost-benefit analysis and regular reports on procurement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field from an accredited institution. • 10+ years of relevant experience in procurement and purchasing management, finance, accounting or business operations. • 4 years of experience in a high-growth cloud software company, both public and private. • Expert in MS Excel, Google sheets, and procurement applications (Workday Preferred). • Expert negotiator with vendors to drive best outcomes. • Self-starter willing to wear multiple hats and drive end-end procurement management for the organization. • Excellent verbal, written, reporting, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines. • Strong presentation skills (both oral and content) for both internal and external audiences. • Unwavering integrity.
